Guys were here right on time (in spite of a little turn around on the freeway due to me not knowing they were coming from Tacoma rather than from Silverdale), installed the door in less than one hour. It looks just great, works exactly as advertised, and the dogs (two mini-daschaunds) are, let us say, pensive when they approach it. They already popped it once, with one of them shooting out the door like the biggest cat in the neighborhood was after him, and the other backing up almost to the kitchen! They MAY try it again, but I don't think it will be a frequent event…….
